These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ads.vexel.cc ("Company," "we," "us," or "the Platform"), operated as part of the Vexel Ads advertising network. By accessing or using the Platform, you confirm you are at least 18 years of age and agree to be bound by these Terms.
Vexel Ads is an advertising platform that connects advertisers with publishers, enabling the display and serving of advertisements across a network of participating websites. Accounts may fund advertising campaigns using supported payment methods, including credit/debit card, PayPal, and DAPA cryptocurrency.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Funds added to your account balance are used to pay for advertising campaigns in accordance with the budgets you set. Charges are deducted automatically as your campaigns run. All payments are processed through third-party payment providers (Stripe, PayPal) or verified on-chain (DAPA), and are non-refundable except where required by law.
Bonus credit offered for specific payment methods, where applicable, is subject to change and may be withdrawn or adjusted at our discretion.
You agree not to use the Platform to distribute content that is illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, or that infringes on the rights of others. We reserve the right to review, reject, or remove any campaign, advertisement, or published content that violates these Terms or our internal policies.
The Platform, including its software, design, and branding, is the property of ads.vexel.cc and may not be copied, modified, or redistributed without prior written consent.
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, ads.vexel.cc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or campaign performance.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in behavior harmful to the Platform or other users. Any remaining account balance at termination will be handled in accordance with applicable law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in London, rather than in court.
