Publisher Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction & Acceptance

This agreement is between ads.vexel.cc ("Company," "we," or "us") and you, the Publisher. By accessing our platform or submitting content, you confirm you are at least 18 years of age and agree to these legally binding terms.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

You retain all ownership rights to your original content. However, by submitting content to our platform, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, and transferable license to host, store, use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content across our digital properties.

4. Publisher ad tags.

The Publisher shall place the Ads.vexe.cc Ad Tag on all appropriate pages within the Publisher�s Website.
The ads.vexel.cc Ad Tag snippet may not be used on a web page other than one located on a Publisher�s verified Website which has been approved by ads.vexel.cc
The ad code snippet may not be distributed or submitted to any newsgroup, e-mail distribution list, chat room, guest books or any other location without ads.vexel.cc prior written consent.

5. Limitation of Liability

Our platform is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, ads.vexel.cc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the platform or any errors in content.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without notice, if you violate these terms or engage in behavior harmful to the platform or other users.

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of were ever we decide in United Kingdom. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in London, rather than in court.
