Ads. vexel.cc Advertiser Terms & Conditions

1. Ad Content & Mandatory Disclosures

All Advertisers must ensure:

• AI Labeling: Any creative generated or significantly altered by AI must include a "Virtual Image" or "AI-Generated" label.
• Prohibited Products: No ads for illegal goods, nicotine products, or high-risk financial services targeting minors.
• Truthfulness: All claims must be substantiated and non-deceptive.

2. 2026 Pricing Transparency (UK DMCC)

In accordance with the 2026 DMCC Act, all advertising costs must be transparent:

• No Drip Pricing: Any mandatory fees or taxes must be included in the upfront total cost shown at the time of purchase.
• Subscription Clear-Out: If you are advertising a subscription service, you must provide a "one-click" style cancellation route for users.

3. Data Privacy & Targeting

Advertisers

• Minors: Targeting based on profiling is strictly prohibited for users known to be minors.

4. Creative Rights & Indemnification

By submitting creative assets, you warrant that you own all necessary Intellectual Property (IP) rights. You agree to indemnify ads.vexel.cc against any legal claims arising from your ad content, including copyright infringement or defamation.

5. Payment & Cancellation

Payments are due at the start of a campaign and run untill budget is fully used or advertiser cancels the campaign for the ad insertion. Campaigns pause automatically at budget end are paused for 5 days then archived unless budget is renewed for the paused campaign.

6. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL Ads.vexel.cc, ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, SHAREHOLDERS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AND/OR SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE TO THE ADVERTISER AND/OR ANYONE ELSE FOR: (I) SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, AND/OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING THOSE RESULTING FROM LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF THE POSSIBILITY TO USE, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE SERVICE, WEBSITE, PLATFORM, AND CONTENT, WHETHER OR NOT FORESEEABLE, REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF ACTION, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, AND WHETHER OR NOT Ads.vexel.cc HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES IN ADVANCE: (II) ANY BUGS, VIRUSES, TROJAN HORSES, AND/OR THE LIKE (REGARDLESS OF THE SOURCE OF ORIGINATION). LIMITATION ON AMOUNT OF LIABILITY. THE MAXIMUM AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF Ads.vexel.cc TO THE ADVERTISER FOR ALL DIRECT DAMAGES ARISING FROM SERVICE, WEBSITE, PLATFORM, AND CONTENT IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT OF THE LATEST PAYMENT PAID BY THE ADVERTISER TO Ads.vexel.cc HEREUNDER PRECEDING THE DATE OF THE CLAIM. SUCH LIABILITY LIMITATION CONSTITUTES ONE OF THE FOUNDATIONS OF THE AGREEMENT CONCLUDED BETWEEN Ads.vexel.cc AND THE ADVERTISER, IN THE ABSENCE OF WHICH THE AGREEMENT WOULD NOT BE CONCLUDED OR THE CONDITIONS FOR THE SERVICE PROVISION WOULD BE DIFFERENT.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ads.vexel.cc and affiliates, and their directors, officers, managers, employees, agents, and licensors, from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable legal fees, resulting from any violation of this User Agreement or the failure to fulfill any obligations relating to your account incurred by you or any other person using your account. We reserve the right to take over the exclusive defense of any claim for which we are entitled to indemnification under this User Agreement. In such event, you shall provide us with such cooperation as is reasonably requested by us.
